The Commons is our most affordable studio booking option. Because it is designed to utilize otherwise unused studio time, bookings may be modified, relocated, or rescheduled if a higher-priority Studio A, Studio B, or Full Studio booking is later confirmed.

Commons standby terms
  • · Privacy is not guaranteed — other creatives or residents may be present.
  • · My booking may be relocated to another available area.
  • · My booking may be rescheduled if a higher-priority booking is confirmed.
  • · Full Studio, Studio A, and Studio B bookings take precedence over Commons.
  • · If displaced, I can choose a refund, account credit, reschedule, or relocation.
